About Me
My very first job was teaching macramé to kids in the early 70’s. Not only did I do a lot of knot tying, but I did as much, if not more untying knots! I have been helping people untie the knots in their lives, mindsets, relationships and businesses ever since.
My passion is to work with people to create incredible lives of passion, freedom, pleasure, integration and inspiration. I do this through teaching my incredibly effective, simple tools, by listening and by partnering with my clients to help them learn to untie some of their own knots.
I am a breakthrough coach, as well as a licensed psychotherapist. By “breakthrough coach”, I mean that I am committed to empowering my clients to live their lives in a totally different mode than they did before working with me. The nature of breaking through is that one has one (or many) aha! moment(s), when something occurs to that person that never had before, and they begin to live their life in a new framework that allows for buoyancy, inspiration, and, of course, committed action. Dreams get realized.
I am trained and experienced in a wide variety of cutting edge therapeutic and coaching modalities, and have worked with thousands of clients in various settings, both nationally and internationally.
I have worked in one-on-one sessions with clients, also with families, business partners, and boards of directors. I have an international clientele and see clients on a beautiful yacht in Marina del Rey, CA as well as work over the phone with private clients.
I also offer teleseminars and group coaching calls, to create communities of empowered people.
As a professional trainer for more than thirty years, I have trained thousands of people via corporate trainings, my own workshops, and countless groups and events. I’m also licensed to offer continuing education to my peers and have been invited to present my unique methods at four international therapy conferences. Empowering people - especially women, who are the pillars of our humanity, is my joy, my gift, and I am honored to be given the gift of knowing my life’s purpose. I use all of the many tools in my toolbox to do this work, which is creative, flexible and effective.

Sandy hosts regular teleseminars and live events to empower participants with tools to identify and eliminate the blocks that keep them from living the life of their dreams.

GIVING BACK - Sandy’s passion for empowering women worldwide has taken her to five continents and the United Nations as a delegate to the Commission on the Status of Women. Each year, Sandy sets aside 10% of her profits to fund micro-lending programs for women around the world.
